If you would like to attend a show, book your tickets:
Payment is secure. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with your e-tickets attached. You can download them onto your cell phone and present them at the entrance on the day of the show at the venue’s access control. Your tickets come with a QR code that gives you direct access to the venue.
Open daily from 9am to 7pm and from 10am to 6pm from November to February and from 9am to 8pm in July and August.
Please note! Quotas for tickets sold online and through these networks are limited and may be sold out before the show is sold out!

Any change in distribution cannot be considered as grounds for a refund.
Tickets cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, with the exception of Subscribers, for whom a maximum of 2 exchanges are possible during the Palais des Festivals cultural season.

Since 2012, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes has been awarded the “Tourisme & Handicap” label for the implementation of resources ensuring a high-quality welcome and accessibility for disabled people.
The Louis Lumière Auditorium has been awarded the label for auditory, mental and motor disabilities, and the Théâtre Debussy has been awarded the label for auditory and mental disabilities.
Are you PRM or hard of hearing? The Auditorium Louis Lumière and Théâtre Claude Debussy auditoriums are equipped with hearing loops and have seats for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and their companions.
Children under 3 years of age are not admitted to shows programmed at Palais des Festivals de Cannes. Children under 5 years of age are not admitted unless the show is age-appropriate. We invite you to consult the recommended age for each show on the Festival website or in the brochure. Parents are advised to bring hearing protection for their children.
The Palais des Festivals reserves the right to refuse access to minors under 16 not accompanied by a legal representative, without refund.
