This film bears witness to the meeting between the artists Sámi Elle Sofe Sara and Joar Nango and the artists, technicians and administrative staff of the Norwegian national company Carte Blanche. It offers an insight into the process of creating BIRGET and the issues raised by this artistic, human, cultural and political encounter.
